Key Performance Areas
Implement driver training programs tailored to the needs of various clients.
Conduct classroom-based instruction covering theoretical concepts, traffic rules, and regulations.
Deliver hands-on practical training sessions to drivers.
Assess and evaluate trainees' performance and progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their driving skills.
Stay updated with industry trends, new regulations, and best practices in driver training, incorporating them into the training curriculum.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all training sessions.
Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve the driver training program.
Minimum Education or Qualification
Driving Instructor Certificate issued by Department of Road Transport Services-DRTS
Train the trainer-TOT, Certificate/Diploma in Vocational Education and Training, Instructor Training Certificate an added advantage
Driving Licence Class B. Class EC an added advantage
BGCSE qualification or above
Core Competencies
Fluent in Setswana and English
Excellent customer service
Patience, adaptability, and the ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds
Result driven.
Computer literate.
